Intel Inside COEP!

While COEP(ian) inside Intel will not be a news, Intel Inside COEP is the latest hot news. 6 BTech and 2 Mtech guys from COEP E&TC have got job offer from Intel India..A very good news indeed! It was no surprise for me when I came to know that my friend Nachiket is also amongst those. In fact the moment I heard the figure, I guessed that such a brainy guy will surely be in that list. I don't know whether this is first or second time Intel is visiting the campus, but even if it is second time, this figure will surely be the highest so far.

Looks like COEP is getting better after becoming autonomous. Few days ago, when I had met Prof Rege, she had also expressed satisfaction about the autonomous status. She said that there is a good freedom for profs for administrative purposes.

And getting admitted into COEP is becoming tougher and tougher. This is definitely bringing better talent into the college. Hopefully other aspects will also improve soon..
