you manage to get all ingredients, everything is on schedule, you turn on the flame and put the contents in pressure cooker and suddenly you realize that pressure cooker's Rocker (steam regulator) is missing!

Then it usually takes time to find it as it is a small sized item. Suddenly it becomes the holy-grail and its absence stops the whole cooking process, when it is supposed to stop something else!

and how about while making coffee you put the milk for boiling and then when it boils and you want to turn off, you cant find the pakkad before it spills :D (esp when using electric stove)
