It was a visual treat to watch the Iridium flare yesterday night.
There was a news in the local newspaper.
We didn't go the place where astronomers were present. We didn't have total information about the directions in which these objects will be seen. So we couldn't locate the first two somehow inspite staring in the direactions mentioned.
Fortunately, we were able to watch the Iridium flare, which lasted for a mere 2-3 seconds and was astonishingly bright!
It even turned yellow at its maxima, so it was sunlight at night :)

What we obeserved was not an elongated one but it was pretty much like this.
