Speak but don't listen

Its bizarre that some blog sites are blocked in a democratic country like ours. Well, the blogger.com is accessible, hence users of blogspot can 'speak' but cannot listen. Of course there are tricks, but it is doesn't seem good.
Fortunately I use this site, allowing me to easily access the blogs I regularly read.

Hopefully they'll only block some blogs (which have caused them to do this) instead of whole site.
